Pools, property and aqua park are awesome but I spend most of the time waiting in a long queues

the Aqua Park and the swimming pools are very good. the property is very good and wide with perfect air conditioning and it was in the middle of everything it has a great view of the sea and 3 pools and the stage as well, and the animation team is very good.

Poor food taste and Poor staff also the hotel was very crowded and most of the time I was standing in the queues ( long queues for Aqua park, loopy chairs, food, and drinks ... etc. ) almost everything.

Not as was expected

View and pools

Staff members are not friendly (not all), and the beach is not good at all.. food has no variation and is not of good taste except for a few types... There is no elevator in the building where i stayed.

Hotel pekny cisty.

Plaz do vody cez obrovske kamene treba obuv do vody a personal kazi celu atmosferu hotela. Vecere balili o 20.00 palacinky odkladali bokom aby nemuseli vela robit a podobne komunikacia na recepcii- neochota. Animatorov ale 6 co nic nerobia program ziadny.

La chambre est confortable mais sale et le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas aimable

La nourriture est mauvaise, il n'y a pas de variété et la propreté n'est pas là. C'était une très mauvaise expérience et je ne la répéterai jamais.

Okay but so crowded to get relaxed vacation, especially at the food area was horrible you can stay hour to get what.you

It was so big property and has so many pools and the rooms are clean and tidy The housekeepers always come every day to clean the rooms The pools are so clean and clear from any dirts

The food was okay not bad but it was the same everyday, they have different kinds of food but it was boring to see the same meals everyday The worst thing which destroyed my vacation was the long line at food area and no organization , as you can find someone jump in front of you to get his food

y recent stay at Hawaii Paradise Aqua Park Resort was a mixed experience, showcasing both the beauty of the resort and some areas in need of improvement. What I Loved: - Room and View: My room was beautifully appointed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such scenery each day was truly a highlight of my trip. - Variety of Pools: The resort features a fantastic variety of pools, catering to different tastes and age groups. It was great to have so many options for relaxation and fun. - Food Variety and Taste: The dining options were impressive, with a diverse menu that catered to various palates. Every meal was a delightful experience, offering delicious flavors and plenty of choices. - Marine Experiences: The marine activities provided by the resort were a wonderful addition, allowing us to connect with the stunning underwater world.

Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, my experience was marred by some service-related issues. The housekeeping left much to be desired. Despite my requests to change the linens, they were ignored, and the room was not cleaned properly. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and the cleanliness of the dishes left something to be desired. Additionally, I found that most of the kitchen and bar staff were not very friendly. Their lack of warmth and engagement gave a rather indifferent atmosphere, which was disappointing during such a beautiful vacation.

المكان حلو وكبير ومسابح كثير والجو حلو والاكل متنوع وطيب والموظفين جزء كبير منهم محترم وخدومين

النظافة وعدم وجود بشاكير بالغرف ولا فوط ولا صابون والشاطيء كارثي الحصو في بداية الشاطيء صعب المشي عليه والممشى صغير جدا وزحمة والكارثي الخيل الي ينزل البحر بجوار السياح تحس نفسك في بلطيم والجمل على البحر والخيل يدخلو لنص البحر ييتبرز بي يعني اشياء كارثيه خدمات ماكو يعني بدل الخيل جيبو بيتش باجي اجرو افضل للمنظر العام بصراحة ادارة سيئة جدا يعني العمال بملابس العمل يتمشون بنص السياح ويوكفون يشربون وياكلون بنص السياح واصواتهم مزعجة وكلامهه بصوت عالي بين الغرف بينهم وبين بعضهم وبالتليفون تحس انهم كاعدين بسوق بصراحة الي يريد يستجم وشي راقي ليروح لهذا المكان واعتذر ع التقيم بس هذا حقييقه مرة كنت ناري ابقى 4 ايام غادرت ثاني يوم
